Celebrating 10 years of making a difference.
Founded in 2013 by the passionate and driven occupational therapist, Kathy Luke and later joined by the always-smiling Katrina Pacey, RAR Therapy was created to fill the gap in quality therapy services in rural and remote communities (RAR). These trailblazing women, alongside Kathy’s talented husband, Justin, established an organisation that offers community-based therapy services that are responsive to their client’s needs. Today, they’re the backbone of this incredible company, which has grown and flourished under their expert guidance
Now considered to be the ‘one-stop-shop’ for allied health support with over twenty locations across Australia, RAR Therapy take enormous pride from the fact that they help Australians from all walks of life, and that their work fosters long term relationships in the communities they serve.
In 2023, RAR celebrated their 10 year milestone and it was a wonderful opportunity to bring together their team from across Australia to mark the occasion.
The RAR Therapy team continuously expanding, but their core values remain the same. They are committed to serving people regardless of the barriers in their lives, and every person matters.
“Serving people wherever they are, regardless of the barriers in their lives, is what we do so that wherever RAR Therapy goes, we are making a difference together. Every person matters and we hold our values before us to ensure that we stay true to who we are. We are people of integrity. We are working together to make a difference.” ~ Katrina Pacey
